Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping Big Dog Wholesale. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Returns Policy.

Returns
We do not accept returns.  

Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, please contact us at techsupport@bigdogwholesale.ca with details of the product and the defect. Please include your serial number. Only products that were properly registered will be considered for exchange.

Upon confirmation of defect, the item will be replaced as per our 12 month warranty policy. If you are entitled to a warranty replacement you will be sent an email indicating such. Your original sales representative will then be authorized to exchange your device at no cost to you. If you purchased your product online then your device can be returned directly to Big Dog Wholesale. You will be contacted with the shipping address. The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses. Your replacement unit will be shipped to you upon receipt and inspection of the original product. Big Dog Wholesale will assume the shipping costs of the replacement product.
